We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide support, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — share new drops and style notes. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment processing
M-Pesa and card payments are handled securely through Pesapal, our payment processor. Your payment details are submitted directly to Pesapal and are governed by their privacy practices.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics tools (GA4 and Meta Pixel) to understand how the store is used, but only after you consent.
Data sharing
We share information only where it is needed to fulfil your order — with our delivery partners to ship to you, and with our payment processor (Pesapal) to take payment. We do not share your data for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact us and we will action your request promptly.
